Store Operations Team Leader 1

Control operations in supporting the store and areas under responsibility, including monitoring shelf organizing, stock count, quality assurance, and visual merchandising, along with providing advice and recommendations to store operations staffs, to support overall store operations effectively, aligning with organization’s goals and objectives

• Control daily store operation activities in the areas under responsibility to support gross sales of the store effectively
• Monitor inventory controlling, damage prevention, quality assurance, and product display according to store policy to support the operation of the store
• Monitor and examine stock count and shelf cleaning to prepare goods for sale and support gross sales of the store
• Control making summary reports of overall operations in the store under responsibilities to propose to the supervisor for improvement
• Provide coaching and recommendations to store operation support staffs to improve skills in work
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
• Have good personality
• Have service mind and good manners
• Have communication skills
