Job Purposes
Provide service and help, including building relationship with customers in branch, following the standards to satisfy customers effectively
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide service, advice, and problem-solving to customers in branch to satisfy customers and achieve organization objectives
- Coordinate with relevant functions internal and external branch to support the operations of customer service
- Responsible for each departmental operation, including payment service counters or gift card distribution to support the operations aligning with business plans
- Keep up to date with information related to sales promotion activities of branch to provide information to customers accurately
- Prepare and maintain equipment and facilitators around customer service counters to ensure effective operations
- Submit income from departmental distribution to ensure accuracy
Qualifications
- Vocational degree or bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience in related field
- Have communication skills, including English skill
- Have good and tidy personality
- Be responsible and patient
- Have problem-solving skill
- Have service mind and good human relations
- Be able to work in shifts
