Job Purposes

Provide service and help, including building relationship with customers in branch, following the standards to satisfy customers effectively

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide service, advice, and problem-solving to customers in branch to satisfy customers and achieve organization objectives
  • Coordinate with relevant functions internal and external branch to support the operations of customer service
  • Responsible for each departmental operation, including payment service counters or gift card distribution to support the operations aligning with business plans
  • Keep up to date with information related to sales promotion activities of branch to provide information to customers accurately
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and facilitators around customer service counters to ensure effective operations
  • Submit income from departmental distribution to ensure accuracy

Qualifications

  • Vocational degree or bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience in related field
  • Have communication skills, including English skill
  • Have good and tidy personality
  • Be responsible and patient
  • Have problem-solving skill
  • Have service mind and good human relations
  • Be able to work in shifts
