Application Support-Sr.Department Manager
Control providing support to IT solution and application in terms of development mobile and web-based application, in order to support IT functions, satisfy customer needs, and ensure effective business operations aligning with goals, objectives, and policies
- Control and manage supporting operations for development and implementation of IT solution and application for mobile and web-based application to support organizational operations and satisfy customer needs effectively
- Control accumulation and analysis of customer needs and problems to develop solutions, and fill gaps in the current market
- Monitor providing advice, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of software and other digital assets, to support and ensure IT solution and application for the organization
- Control management of important data of IT solution and application to support the operations effectively and accurately
- Coordinate with customer service, quality analysts, and related functions, to create mutual understanding on expectations, processes, standards, and solutions in IT operations
- Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology related to IT solution and application to apply and improve performance of staffs and the team
- Take care and advise IT solution and application support staffs to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
- Understand software and application development and management
- Have strong computer skills especially in specific programs, software, and applications
- Have strong communication skills in both verbal and writing
- Be able to coordinate
- Be creative
