Job Responsibilities:
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
- Ensuring the office stationery supply is sufficient & creating the layout of the office.
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Management of office equipment
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
- Handling external or internal communication or management systems
- Managing clerical or other administrative staff
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any related field.
- 1-2 years office administration office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
- Analytical, problem solving and decision making
- Good interpersonal skill and cooperative with service mind
