Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
  • Ensuring the office stationery supply is sufficient & creating the layout of the office.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Management of office equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Handling external or internal communication or management systems
  • Managing clerical or other administrative staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any related field.
  • 1-2 years office administration office experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
  • Analytical, problem solving and decision making
  • Good interpersonal skill and cooperative with service mind
