Warehouse Management Team Leader 1

Job Purposes

Control and manage warehouse operations, including goods receiving, returning, and delivering, along with manage office supplies and documentation to support warehouse management effectively and continuously aligning with warehouse rules, plans, and policies

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Control and manage over all operations in warehouse, including goods receiving, imported goods, goods grouping, goods stocking, audit and packing, and goods returning, to support the operations in warehouse effectively aligning with rules, plans, and policies
• Plan for manpower and shift schedules to prepare for each operation effectively and properly
• Coordinate with accounting, vendors, and relevant functions to support in documentation, goods returning, aligning with plans, policies, and rules of warehouse
• Plan and control space preparation and management to support warehouse operations in terms of stock movement, stock organizing, as well as received and grouped stock
• Manage relevant data and documents to submit to relevant functions accurately within time
• Control making summary report of warehouse management operations to propose to the direct supervisor and improve the performance of warehouse staffs
• Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
• Understand Logistics, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain Management
• Have skill of management and communication
• Have good computer skills
• Be able to coordinate
