Job Purposes
To manage and execute the development of safety knowledge and skills, including occupational health and workplace environment, fire prevention, and suppression, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The role supports Central Group’s subsidiaries in aligning with corporate safety policies effectively and efficiently.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as a facilitator and trainer, fostering active learning for employees to apply safety knowledge effectively.
- Design, develop, and improve safety training courses, selecting qualified institutions to meet legal standards.
- Evaluate course effectiveness and instructor performance, ensuring legal compliance.
- Oversee ISO 9001 standards and ensure compliance during annual audits.
- Plan and manage safety training budgets, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and organizational goals.
- Manage registration and renewal of training licenses for safety training units.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in safety training, with 3 years as a safety instructor.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in training development and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Personality: Positive attitude, high resilience under pressure, and a collaborative mindset.
