Stock Count Team Leader 1
Job Purposes
Control day-to-day stock count operations, including inventory, goods receiving and goods delivery, to support business operations, aligning with goals, policies, and objectives
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Control daily operations of stock count, including goods receiving, delivery, and storing, to ensure effective operations and support business plans
- Plan and manage cycle counting schedule to support stock count accurately and effectively
- Control analyzing data to set up annual budget and directions of stock count to implement and support the operations effectively
- Manage records and stock reports to support stock count operations effectively and accurately
- Highlight and analyze areas of concern related to problems, along with statement of facts surrounding the property loss, damage, destruction, or additions of materials, to determine the solutions
- Coordinate with related team and functions to create mutual understanding on expectations, processes, standards, and solutions and support stock count operations
- Control making summary reports of overall stock count to propose and improve the performance of stock count staffs and supervisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
- Understand Logistics, Warehouse Management, and Stock Control
- Have time management skill
- Have good communication skills – verbal and written
- Have good computer skills
- Be able to coordinate
