Graphic Designer Team Leader 1

Job Purposes

Control variety of activities related to marketing arts, including creating and designing lay out and art work, editing and reviewing, and coordinating with relevant teams to set up concepts and formats of artwork objectively

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide ideas and formats of advertising in terms of graphic design, including lay out and art work to propose to creative group head and select the best work
  • Control designing and creating art work with details from creative group head, copywriter, and account executive to select slides of art work following objectives and time
  • Provide supervision to review and edit art work with relevant teams to ensure accuracy before publishing
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to create lay out and art work aligning with objectives


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, or related filed
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
  • Have great knowledge and understanding in graphic design and relevant field
  • Be creative and enthusiastic
