Sales Supervisor - Tech

Job Purposes
Monitor sale operations to ensure effective sales following plans and gross sale goal, and satisfy customers
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate in sale analysis and new market research plan to support gross sale achievement aligning with goal and plans
- Control and examine product merchandising and shelf organizing, including loss prevention following the policies and sale plans to support gross sale achievement
- Control providing service, information, and overall departmental operations to align with service standards and satisfy customers
- Control maintaining sale areas, equipment, and facilitators in good condition to provide service to customers effectively
- Prepare manpower, including manage and provide knowledge and advice of operations to subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management experience
- Have understanding in human resources management related to organization business
