Job Purposes

Manage and implement policy and direction development for the operations of supporting the store and areas under responsibility, including monitoring shelf organizing, stock count, quality assurance, and visual merchandising, along with providing advice and recommendations to store operations staffs and supervisors, to support overall store operations effectively, aligning with organization’s goals and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement store policy to support and monitor overall store operation activities of the staffs and supervisors to support gross sales of the store effectively
  • Analyze and identify opportunities for operational enhancements in all stores to drive growth and sales to achieve sales plans and targets
  • Monitor overall inventory controlling, damage prevention, quality assurance, product display, stock count and shelf cleaning, according to store policy to support the operation of the store and gross sales
  • Monitor making summary reports of overall operations of staffs and supervisors in the store under responsibilities to propose for improvement
  • Provide coaching and recommendations to store operation support staffs and supervisors to improve skills in work
  • Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
  • Have good personality
  • Have service mind and good manners
  • Have communication skills
