Job Purposes

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operational and commercial strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize mall performance.
  • Drive revenue growth through budgeting, cost control, tenant mix optimization, and commercial initiatives.
  • Partner with the Leasing and Marketing teams to attract quality tenants, increase foot traffic, and enhance customer experience.
  • Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring high standards of facilities, security, cleanliness, and service quality.
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams, set KPIs, and drive operational excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, government agencies, business partners, and local communities. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in shopping center management or retail business operations.
  • Strong abilities in strategic planning, team management, and budget control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.
