Professional Services Team Leader 1

Job Purposes
Control overall executions in terms of professional services e.g. consulting service, instructional service, or other specialized service, to support business operations, aligning with organizational goals and objectives
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and control the operations of advising, recommending and solving problems related to specific field of professional projects under responsibilities to support business operations more effectively
- Manage and examine related materials and equipment to provide support to specific service under responsibilities
- Communicate with related functions to complete the orders in specific field or projects accurately and within time
- Keep up to date in specific field under responsibilities to provide support in own area more effectively
- Control making reports to summarize overall professional services to propose to the supervisor
- Take care and advise professional service staffs to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
- Have professional knowledge and understanding in specific field
- Have problem solving skill
- Have service mind and good manners
- Have computer skills
- Have good communication skills
- Be responsible and enthusiastic
