Brand Manager (Food)

Job Purposes

Manage and implement policy and direction development for overall marketing operations, including providing advice, recommendations, and problem solving about marketing-to-marketing team, and coordinating with related functions, to support the operations effectively aligning with organization’s needs and situation, and achieve profitability, objectives, and policies of the organization

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Initiate marketing programs to deliver company's business goals
  • Maintain good working relationship and coordination with Operations team, Purchasing and New Product Development team with a view to ensuring proper implementation of marketing plans consistent with the company-s short and long terms sales and profit growth objectives.
  • Set up attractive promotion campaigns to raise our sale volume.
  • Develop effective promotion and advertising programs for assigned brand in cooperation with Internal Team and Agency. Ensure budgeting control on promotion and advertising expenditure.
  • Responsible for advertising campaign and know details concerning consumers and media publications
  • Develop media plan and seek for new media opportunity to ensure the effectiveness of communication.
  • Monitor sales performance, anticipates causes affecting performance, indicates magnitude of impact on sales and provide Management, Operation and Finance with attractive promotion campaign to raise sales volume.
  • Work with Purchasing team and Finance to conduct value analysis and ensure favourable Cost of Goods ratio to sales through cost implement project. Continue competitor and pricing analysis and try to position our product at the accessible price to consumers.
  • Provide Marketing related Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly report to Head of Arigato Brand, Management Team, and Operations Team.
  • Responsible for pre & post analysis of all marketing activities report to Head of Arigato Brand, Management Team, and Operations Team.
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management (Marketing) or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of responsible experience and 1-3 years of team management
  • Experience in Quick Service Restaurant sector
  • Comfortable managing multiple on-going projects with various stakeholders
  • Be creative and innovative
  • Strong drive for result and leadership
  • Hands on experience managing agencies and vendors
  • Good command of English in both speaking and writing skills.
  • Creative thinker willing to take calculated risks
