Maintenance Technician Team Leader 1
Job Purposes
Control maintaining and repairing power systems such as electric system, water supply system, and air-conditioner system of the branch to ensure effective and efficient operations
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Control maintenance of tools and equipment as planned to prepare for use, along with control maintenance operations of suppliers to follow terms and conditions of service
- Control power resource operating cost such as water expenses, electric expenses, and gas expenses t manage as planned
- Control documents and reports related to power system to ensure accuracy
- Provide service to each function following the orders to ensure effective use within time
- Examine and maintain all equipment in good condition to prepare for use
- Control equipment disbursement at the store room to ensure equipment for use
- Provide coaching for maintenance staffs to ensure effective performance
- Schedule day-offs for subordinates effectively to prepare staffs for each work shift appropriately
- Coordinate with relevant teams and functions to support effective maintenance for machines and equipment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
- Have knowledge and skill in power system maintenance: Electric system, water supply system, and air-conditioner system
- Be delicate and patient
- Be responsible and enthusiastic
