Job Purposes
Operate in areas under responsibilities to maintain safety and prevent loss of products and property of organization, customers, and employees, to ensure effective operations
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Prevent loss in terms of product and property of the organization and customers to ensure effective operations following loss prevention plans and objectives
- Monitor areas under responsibilities to ensure safety, prevent suspicious people and objects, along with prevent accidents including fire, theft, and others from internal and external building
- Monitor entering and exiting of employees, contractors, and suppliers to follow rules and regulations
- Control CCTV and safety system to ensure accurate report of daily incident
- Control loss prevention standards and accumulate relevant documents and reports to propose to the direct supervisor
- Coordinate with relevant functions to detect suspicious objects
- Facilitate and provide service, including informing about contact areas and restrooms, along with receiving emergency notification, to satisfy customers and employees
Qualifications
- Compulsory Education certificate with no experience needed
- Have problem-solving and leadership skills
- Have service mind and good manners
- Be responsible, patient, and enthusiastic
