HR Business Partner Management 1

Job Purposes

       Participate in setting up plans, strategies and policies about human resource business partner, including monitoring overall operations as providing HR advice, support or coordination, and operating cost in business units, along with providing advice and recommendations to solve problems properly, to achieve synergy between the needs of the business units and the deployment of human resource

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Participate in setting up plans, strategies, policies, and overall ideas about HR business partner, including annual budget and operating cost, in order to align with organization’s policies and objectives
  • Monitor and manage overall operations of HR business partner, as providing advisory and performance management guidance, and coordination management in all HR functions in business units to ensure effective operations
  • Control manpower planning for business units, and manage relationship improvement within the organization
  • Monitor making summary reports of overall HR business partner to propose to the supervisor
  • Understand rules and policies about HR business partner to be able to provide advice to employees
  • Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology to apply in own department to improve and enhance productivity in work
  • Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in related field and 3-5 years of team management
  • Understand human resource management
  • Have strong Thai and English communication skills
  • Have good skill in management
  • Have good human relations
  • Have good computer skills
  • Be able to coordinate
