Job Purposes

Control overall operations of food and beverage in restaurants and banquets, including providing advice, recommendations, and problem solving about food and beverages, along with coordinating with related functions, to support food and beverage operations, satisfy customer expectation, and achieve goals and objectives of the organization

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Control overall food and beverages operations, including food and beverages service and kitchen, to ensure effective operations and satisfy customers
  • Control initiatives and development of food and beverages in restaurants and banquets to satisfy customers with best service and taste
  • Control preparation of the kitchen wares, utensils, and other equipment to maintain in good quality and ready for use
  • Manage locations, including food court layout, to facilitate food and beverages operations and support banquets effectively
  • Coordinate with relevant functions, including buying and merchandising, and store operations, to ensure effective food and beverages operations aligning with business goals and plans
  • Provide advice or problem solving about food and beverages to departmental staffs and other relevant functions to support business operations
  • Control making summary reports of overall food and beverages to propose to the direct supervisor and improve the performance of the team
  • Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of responsible experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
  • Have great understanding about food and beverage service
  • Have good personality
  • Have service mind and good manners
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be responsible and enthusiastic
