Job Purposes

Responsible for liaison and coordination with internal and external organization, including accumulating information and documents, making appointment for direct supervisor, and manage disbursement for operating cost and office supplies, to ensure effective operations aligning with organization goals, objectives, and policies

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform secretary activities, including making appointment and managing mails to facilitate the direct supervisor
  • Accumulate and manage documents to support the operations of the direct supervisor and ensure effective operations
  • Coordinate with relevant functions to accumulate and analyze data to propose to the direct supervisor and ensure effective operations
  • Manage and examine disbursement for operating cost and office supplies to facilitate the direct supervisors and employees

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience in related field
  • Have communication and coordination skills
  • Have computer skills
  • Have good English skills
  • Have good personality
  • Be delicate
