CRM Activation Support Department Manager

Job Purposes

Perform marketing activities in terms of managing customer relation, to maintain current customers, attract new customers, as well as product purchasers and tenants, to support business operations and gross sales effectively, aligning with objectives and business plans

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Accumulate and analyze customer touch points with the organization, and market research to maximize commercial opportunities
  • Provide information for making decision on the CRM platform structure to ensure effective work and capture all required information at key points in the customer life cycle
  • Apply information data to maximize customer lifetime value strategies to ensure maximum profitability
  • Maintain customer database to align with targeted marketing activities
  • Communicate directly with customers through the CRM to ensure and maintain relationship, and support business achievement
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
  • Keep up to date with current marketing trends to improve the performance of the team
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience
  • Have knowledge in marketing, customer relations, corporate image
  • Have communication skills
  • Have computer skills
  • Have interpersonal skill
