Product & Channel Support Team Leader

Job Purposes

Information data management and reporting including control 2nd tier contact center to provide service to BUs, including managing complaints, responding to questions, and solving problems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understanding in e-money business relates to the BOT license
  • Understand and analyze data to support business performance strategy.
  • Export and integrate raw data from a variety of sources.
  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports for regulatory authority, management, and working team
  • Assist in any other project as assigned.
  • Project support and BU training 

Qualifications

  • Male / Female, Age 28-45 years
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be diligent, patient, and disciplinary
  • Be able to solve problems immediately
  • Be able to work in shifts
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Access (Query and manage database), especially Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good communication and presentation skills
