People Care Department Manager

Job Purposes

Control overall operations of human resource management, including recruitment and selection, human resource communication, employee relation, compensation and benefits, in order to manage human resource to support the operations of the organization aligning with the goals, policies, and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Control the operations of overall human resource management, from recruitment and selection, performance measurement, employee relation, compensation and benefits, and organization structure development, to ensure effective human resource to support the operations of organization
  • Monitor the communication of human resource directions and the development of job designs and job analysis to support human resource planning and operations, and maintain relationship in the organization
  • Coordinate with related functions to make and develop success indicator of human resource operations in each department and organization
  • Control the management of important information to support the operations effectively
  • Participate in planning, and manage the assessment and improvement within the department
  • Control making summary reports of overall human resource management to propose to the supervisor
  • Provide coaching and recommendations to subordinates to improve skills in work
  • Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology to apply in own department to improve and enhance productivity in work
  • Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
  • Have great understanding in human resource management
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have good human relations
  • Have good computer skills
  • Be able to coordinate
