Financial Controller Division Manager

Job Purposes

We are looking for a Financial Controller to manage and improve our organization's financial performance and implement processes and policies relating to the operations of financial management and controls.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement financial directions and strategies to accounting operations including cost accounting, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, cash flow management.
  • Oversee accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial information.
  • Prepare management reports with analyses from insights gained from various departments to support management’s decision making.
  • Identify financial status by tracking, comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Provide business partnership to key internal stakeholders to improve financial status and budget controls.
  • Participate in developing business processes and financial policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls as well as managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Increase productivity by developing automated tools, coordinating information requirements, improving ways of working, providing recommendations to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate auditing processes, and support other financial operations of the organization as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management accounting, auditing, or finance. Experience in team management is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Intellectual curiosity.
