Sales Admin (Watch Station)

Job Purposes

Responsible for managing documents, office suppliers and properties, along with coordinating with related units and controlling operating cost of all departments effectively, aligning with organization’s goals and needs

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day operations in administration, documents management, supply disbursement to support administration operations following the directions
  • Provide support to office properties, car-parking coupon disbursement and distribution, and document delivery, to facilitate employees and visitors
  • Responsible for buying office supplies with representative company, including managing receipts and related documents, to support administration operations
  • Coordinate with accounting department and related functions to make report of office properties/ disbursement/ accounting documents accurately and accountably
  • Make reports of cash disbursement, and overall administration to propose to the supervisor
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-5 years’ experience in related field
  • Have knowledge in office management or administration
  • Have excellent time management skill
  • Be able to multi-task and prioritize work
