Application Support - Point of Sale Platform

Job Purposes

Control providing support to IT solution and application in terms of development mobile and web-based application, in order to support IT functions, satisfy customer needs, and ensure effective business operations aligning with goals, objectives, and policies

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support POS systems.
  • Support operational incident raises through service desk team and perform troubleshooting
  • Lead the investigation and analysis of issue's or incident's root cause, short-term/long-term solutions
  • Continuously improve productivity of support
  • Coordinate with related parties to perform the activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Statistic / Information Technology or related fields.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in related area.
  • Have skill on SQL statement (Query, Stored procedure, Function) will be advantage.
  • Systematic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects and prioritize tasks or projects
  • Interpersonal and customer relation skills.
  • Able to communicate in English will be advantage.
