Application Support - Point of Sale Platform
Job Purposes
Control providing support to IT solution and application in terms of development mobile and web-based application, in order to support IT functions, satisfy customer needs, and ensure effective business operations aligning with goals, objectives, and policies
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Support POS systems.
- Support operational incident raises through service desk team and perform troubleshooting
- Lead the investigation and analysis of issue's or incident's root cause, short-term/long-term solutions
- Continuously improve productivity of support
- Coordinate with related parties to perform the activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Statistic / Information Technology or related fields.
- At least 2 years’ experience in related area.
- Have skill on SQL statement (Query, Stored procedure, Function) will be advantage.
- Systematic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, fast learner and willing to contribute and work as a team.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks/projects and prioritize tasks or projects
- Interpersonal and customer relation skills.
- Able to communicate in English will be advantage.
