Advertising Team Leader 2

Job Purposes

Manage and implement plans and direction to monitor and develop activities of media and advertising, including setting up ideas for advertisement, along with providing advice and problem solving to staffs and organization to ensure effective operations aligning with organization goal, objectives, and policy

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage concepts, ideas, and processes for branch and organization advertisement in radio, newspaper, brochure, poster, and other advertisement to drive and increase gross sales and income
  • Manage and evaluate processes of media and advertisement to ensure effective work aligning with customer needs
  • Coordinate with advertising agency, graphic house, other media companies, and related functions to ensure effective operations aligning with customer needs
  • Understand rules, regulations, and policies about public relations, along with keep up to date with new technology and knowledge, and relevant rules to apply in the operations effectively
  • Keep up to date with new technology and knowledge, as well as laws and regulations related to media and advertising to apply in the operations effectively
  • Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, or related filed
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of responsible experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
  • Have great understanding in marketing related to organization business
  • Have good English skills
  • Have computer skills
  • Have communication skills
  • Be able to coordinate
  • Be creative
