Accounting Team Leader 3
Job Purposes
Provide support to set up plans, strategies and policies about accounting activities of the organization, including control overall operations in accounting and organization’s financial resources aligning with regulations, laws, and reporting requirements, to support business operations of the organization effectively
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze data and participate in setting up annual budget and directions of accounting operations to provide mutual understanding throughout the organization
- Implement strategies, plans, and policies in overall accounting operations, including cost accounting, account reconciliation, and general ledger completion, aligning with accounting principles to ensure effective and accurate business operations
- Manage the analysis of accounting information and preparation of accounting statements accurately and timely for making financial decisions
- Monitor providing technical accounting advice within area under responsibilities to provide support in development of revenue and expense budgets, and accounting management
- Coordinate with finance and related functions to support accounting operations effectively
- Plan and manage the assessment and improvement within the department to improve the performance of the accounting staffs and managers
- Monitor making summary reports of overall accounting operations to propose
- Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
- Have knowledge in accounting, finance or mathematics
- Have analytical and numerical skills
- Have good computer skills
- Have Thai and English communication skills
- Be able to coordinate
