Accounting Team Leader 1
Job Purposes
Control overall operations of accounting following accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure alignment with regulations, laws, and reporting requirements, to support business operations of the organization effectively
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Control overall accounting operations, including cost accounting, account reconciliation, and general ledger completion, aligning with accounting principles to support business operations accurately and effectively
- Monitor accumulating, verifying, and analyzing accounting information and prepare accounting statements to propose accurately and timely for making financial decisions
- Control and support in providing technical accounting advice within area under responsibilities to provide support in development of revenue and expense budgets, and accounting management
- Coordinate with related functions to create mutual understanding in accounting operations
- Participate in planning, and manage the assessment and improvement within the department
- Control making summary reports of overall accounting operations to propose to the supervisor and improve the performance of the team
- Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
- Have knowledge in accounting, finance or mathematics
- Have analytical Numerical skills
- Have good computer skills
- Have Thai and English communication skills
- Be able to coordinate
