Job Purposes
Responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling product category across organizational e-commerce sites to satisfy specific customers and achieve sales target
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage item set up process, product category pages, product imagery, and relevant contents on organizational sites to ensure products for sales and support gross sales
- Conduct analysis and research for category performance, key trends, and target group to expand current online customer purchasing opportunities to support business operations
- Build and manage customer base through compelling messaging and visual merchandising to support business gross sales
- Gather feedbacks from customers to improve and enhance productivity of sales channel including websites and other digital media, and satisfy customers effectively
- Coordinate with relevant functions including marketing, product and supply chain to ensure product delivery and category performance quickly and efficiently
- Participate in providing competitive pricing for customers to support e-commerce gross sales
- Make summary report of e-commerce operations to propose to the direct supervisor and improve performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 0-3 years’ work experiences in E-commerce field
- Have communication skills
- Have negotiation and persuasion skills
- Have analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Be detailed-oriented
