Job Purposes

        Provide training and development for positions and departments under responsibility, including designing training materials, coordinating with experts and related units and providing facilitators as locations and audio-visual equipment in order to support training operations effectively

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide training and development for positions and departments under responsibility to develop their skills and apply in own work
  • Design and prepare documents or other materials to be used in training process
  • Coordinate with the experts and other units to join the training and development process
  • Prepare operating cost disbursement for the use in training and within the department
  • Accumulate and manage database and documents such as trainee profiles, training materials to operate effectively
  • Operate and follow up in assessment for training process
  • Facilitate the training with locations, audio-visual equipment, and other document materials
  • Make reports to summarize overall training programs and seminars to propose to the supervisor
  • Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology to apply in own department to improve and enhance productivity in work
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years’ experience in related field
  • Understand training and development process
  • Have good human relations
  • Have good Thai and English communication skills
  • Have coordination skill
