Talent Management Specialist

Job Purposes

Ensure healthy talent and successor pipelines 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Supporting and managing talent management program such as Management Associate Program with full cycle of recruitment, engagement, and learning & development
  • Performing and managing talent management related works to align with HR Strategy and to meet business’s needs.
  • Coordinate and support the development and implementation of talent management related works.
  • Supporting manager to identify talent management trends to develop, implement and manage new programs and/or revision to existing program
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Performing HR process improvement projects as per assignment


  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or in any fields.
  • Experience 2- 3 years in Human Resources Management or Development related
  • Having related experience in learning & development, talent management, talent development or career management would be advantage
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize works, handle multi assignments, detail-oriented and able to work both independently and as a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office skills such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • MS Power point and excel mastery would be a plus
