Specialized Service - Project Manager

Job Purposes

Manage and implement policy and direction development for other specialized services in term of providing specific services in areas under responsibility, which do not include other groups of professional services, to support overall operations effectively, aligning with organization’s goals and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities to contribute & develop new innovative services
• Analyse, identify and enhance current services to improve performance and create new initiative business opportunities
• Acquire & negotiate with partners across industries for collaboration and to achieve sale target
• Liaise internal & external teams to plan, execute & deliver project to the market with seamless user journey to achieve business goal
• Design & understand end to end process of all services
• Drive take-up through campaign and communication alongside marketing team
• Monitor, track & analyse service performance and trend of services to identify growth
• Manage and prioritize multiple competing projects concurrently, while paying strict attention to detail
• Complete ad-hoc works upon necessity

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in business, engineering, finance or other related fields
• 5+ years of work experience in Business Development, Project Management, Partnership, Sales, or related fields
• Clear communication skills, effective negotiation skills, and the ability to identify others’ needs
• Be able to handle multi-task and flexible time working hours
• Driven, independent, meticulous, enthusiastic, self-motivated and ethical
• Strong track record in achieving targets
• Experience in retail or financial business would be advantages
