Job Purposes

Provide support to set up plans, strategies and policies about logistics and distribution activities of the organization, including developing and monitoring overall operations in logistics and distribution to support the organization aligning with goals, policies, and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze important data to support setting up annual budget and directions of logistics and distribution operations to provide mutual understanding throughout the organization
  • Implement strategies, plans, and policies to overall logistics and distribution operations, to ensure effective operations supporting business plans
  • Manage overall operations of logistics and distribution, including goods receiving, delivery, import, and export, and other related documents to ensure effective operations and support business plans
  • Manage stock and warehouse control to prepare for management and related operations
  • Coordinate with buying and merchandising, goods receiving, warehouse management, and related team and functions to create mutual understanding on expectations, processes, standards, and solutions and support logistics and distribution operations
  • Monitor making summary reports of overall logistics and distribution to propose and improve the performance of logistics and distribution staffs and managers
  • Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of responsible experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
  • Understand Logistics, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain Management
  • Have skill of management and communication
  • Have good computer skills
  • Have communication skills
  • Be able to coordinate
