Project Sales Officer

Job Purposes

Control day-to-day operations of management stock and products related to home products, white goods, furniture, hob hood, pump, and tank, in all process to ensure effective operations of home service, aligning with policies, rules, and business plans

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Control receiving and delivery of home service goods, including white goods, furniture, hob hood, pump, and tank, to ensure effective delivery of all goods from vendors to stock and from stock to customers
  • Coordinate with vendors and related functions in case of RTV process (return to vendors) or problems in goods delivery to support the operations effectively
  • Examine goods reservation requests and prepare for the reservation to support business plans
  • Examine and analyze complaints and problems to improve the operations of home services
  • Monitor accumulating and handling with bills, reports, and related documents to prepare for examination and proposal
  • Control making summary reports of overall home services to propose to the direct supervisor and improve the performance of home services staffs and officers
  • Take care and advise staffs to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
  • Understand rules, and policies related to warehouse management
  • Have computer skills, especially Spreadsheet, Access etc.
  • Have communication Skill
  • Be able to coordinate
