Job Purposes

Manage and implement policy and direction development for the operations of direct sale in terms of selling products and services, along with providing advice, recommendations, and problem solving to sale staffs and supervisors, to increase gross sales and profitability of the organization, aligning with business plans and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor the operations of sale staffs and supervisors in providing sale for products and service directly, following standards of service to support business plans and gross sales
  • Monitor and control purchasing goods to prepare and support stock for sale effectively
  • Monitor and examine RTV process (return to vendors), including related documents, to satisfy customer needs effectively and accurately
  • Coordinate with related functions, including buying and merchandising, marketing, to create mutual understanding and support sale operations
  • Follow up summary of gross sales of each product and service weekly and monthly to support sales management
  • Monitor making reports to summarize overall sale operations to propose to the supervisor and improve performance of sale staffs and supervisors
  • Keep up to date with new market trends to apply in sale operations and improve performance within the team
  • Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
  • Have communication and influencing skill
  • Have good personality and manners
  • Have service mind
