Omnichannel Department Manager

Job Purposes

Control online sales activities and staffs in terms of selling products and services online, along with providing advice, recommendations, and problem solving to online sales staffs, to support gross sales and profitability of the organization, aligning with business plans and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Control the operations of online sales for products and service, following standards of service to satisfy customer needs, support business plans, and gross sales
  • Monitor and provide support to responding to customer queries fast and professionally to meet customer expectations and support business operations
  • Monitor customer database update, including contact details and interest information from prospective customers to develop all aspects of online sales to satisfy customer needs
  • Control purchasing and returning process (return to vendors) to satisfy customer needs effectively
  • Track and summarize gross sales of each product and service sold online weekly and monthly to support sales management
  • Keep up to date with online marketing trends to apply in online sales operations and improve online sales staffs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
  • Have strong communication and influencing skill
  • Have good computer skills
  • Have good manners
  • Have service mind
