OD & Talent Manager

Job Purposes

Responsible for managing and implementing policy and direction development for the operations of talent management, including monitoring candidate sourcing, selection, deployment, development, and retention, in order to deliver the highest standards of talent management effectively aligning with organization’s policies and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage overall operations of talent management following the standard to ensure effective operations
  • Participate in analyzing data to set up annual budget and directions of talent management operations to provide mutual understanding throughout the organization
  • Monitor talented candidate sourcing, selection, deployment, development, and retention to ensure effective candidates for the operation of organization
  • Coordinate with related teams and functions to create mutual understanding on expectations, processes, standards, and solutions in operations
  • Participate in planning, and manage the assessment and improvement within the department
  • Control making summary reports of overall talent management to propose to the supervisor
  • Provide coaching and recommendations to subordinates to improve skills in work
  • Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology to apply in own department to improve and enhance productivity in work
  • Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
  • Understand talent management and human resource process
  • Have good Thai and English communication skills
  • Have good skill in management
  • Have good computer skills
  • Be able to coordinate
  • Be creative
