Store Operations Support Team Leader 2

Job Purposes

Responsible for managing and implementing policy and direction development for store operation support, including monitoring stock count and shelf organizing to support overall operations in the store effectively, aligning with organization’s goals and objectives

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage overall day-to-day operations of the staffs in the store and areas under responsibility to support overall operations of the store, including controlling inventory, damage prevention, quality assurance, according to store policy
  • Examine the operations in stock count, product display, and shelf cleaning to prepare goods for sale and support gross sales of the store
  • Participate in analyzing data to set up annual budget and directions of store operation support to provide mutual understanding throughout the organization
  • Coordinate with related functions to support the operations of the store and areas under responsibilities
  • Participate in planning, and manage the assessment and improvement within the department
  • Control making summary reports of overall store operation support to propose to the supervisor
  • Provide coaching and recommendations to store operation support staffs to improve skills in work
  • Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field and 1-3 years of team management
  • Have knowledge and understanding in store operation support
  • Have good personality
  • Have service mind and good manners
  • Be responsible and enthusiastic
