Job Purposes

Design and develop working process organization and training for store operations has the ability to do a better task. And the result should be reaching the company strategic. Manage the knowledge so that everyone in the organization. Access to knowledge and develop of self-knowledge. As well as to work effectively with the performance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Set up functional policies strategies, and business plans that aligning with business directions and goals and focusing on long-term profitability.
  • Accountability to meet the goal and target specified by the company strategy both financial aspects and operational standard aspects.
  • Set up manage budget of own function and propose fo approval.
  • Determine how the procedures of the Learning Academy and Professional Retail Management.
  • Manage,follow up,and evaluate functional performance and ensure targeted goals and plans are carried out accurately.
  • Delegate responsibilities to others and apply operational or strategic management skills.
  • Manage SMT.DMT Program to achieve target.
  • Accountability to Mentor and Certify SMT.DMT
  • Provide leadership and manage the performance and responsibilities of the function.
  • Accountable for work cross functionally with B&M and supplier for product knowledge training to ensure that all staffs understand and can communicates to Impress the customer.
  • Keep up to date with the industry trends and new technology for applying in own department/team to improve and enhance productivity within the team.
  • Participate in own department process improvement and working standard setting.
  • Attend and support organizational activities or projects, Other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Assess and monitor team performance which drives ad aligns with organizational goals.
  • Review and always keep learning. By asking participants to acquire new knowledge in order to bring new knowledge to create the image,Personnel responsible Development and monitoring.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree for Business Administration or related field.
  • Have 10 years working experience and knowledge in retail and People development, HRD
  • Coaching skills, Presentation skills,
  • Leadership, Interpersonal skill and commercial skill.
  • Able to communicate in English/Thai
  • Computer Literature
  • Flexible and can work under pressure.
