Job Purposes
- Lead the last mile delivery analysis, mainly transport cost control and saving plan.
- Daily monitoring outsource delivery parties, ensure operation is running smoothly.
- Focus on SCM commercial details and truck control in each store / location to ensure overview cost are under the budget plan.
- Collaborate with Operation team for Service level and Ontime performance improvement to achieve a target.
- Organize and execute the process from Sub-contractor management through fleet and route planning from store to customer location for utilization efficiency.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Cost and budget analysis to ensure CFG last mile delivery cost is achievable.
- Collaborate with sub-contractors to continuously improve deliverable and negotiate frameworks for company benefits.
- Transport planning and analysis, Lead implementation and operation of a transport management system to drive efficiency and effectiveness of transport operations in collaboration with Stores, 3PL, Subcontractor and Relevant department in CFG.
- Facilitate in peak seasonal trucks and resources planning with 3PL, Sub-Contractor.
- Solve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, or Stores Delivery problems and improvement.
- Monitoring of Transport cost VS Delivery and other KPI, expenses and budgets.
- Be able to analyze distribution costs to develop plans and budgets for reducing cost, increasing profits, and improving services.
- Improve work process and use new technologies to meet business demand or needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Transport, Logistic, 3PL related field.
- Have strong communication skills
- Have strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Have analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Be very detailed-oriented
