Convenience Service Partnership Manager
Job Purposes
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Identify market potential to expand corporate partnership base.
2. Develop and strategic approch/sale plan to corporate partnerships.
3. Build and strengthen new business, partnerships and relationships with current and potential corporate partners.
4. Drive and achieve monthly, quaterly and annual corporate sale targets.
5. Coordinate with related stakeholders to drive promotion to build sales from corporate partners.
6. Prepare sale plan and presentation and ensure that related sale documents are process smoothly.
7. Develop, manage, monitor, track and analyse sales performance and identify growth trends.
8. Complete ad-hoc works or other related duties upon necessity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master degree in business, communication, marketing or other related fields
- 5+ years of work experience in banking or financial institute corporate sales,partnership management or CRM program is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills, effective negotiation skills, and the ability to identify others' needs.
- Be able to handle multi-task and flexible time working hours
- Driven, independent, meticulous, enthusiastic, self-motivated and ethical.
- Strong track record in achieving targets.
- Experience in financial institutes or retail business would be advantages.
