CSV (Marketing) Manager

Job Purposes

The CSV department is mainly responsible for company/brand’s effort on “Creating Shared Value” concepts and initiatives. The function is expected to perform implementation of extensive areas that is compatible and relevant to each store concept as long-term targets according to positive impact on sustainability development.
The main focuses are aimed to company’s commitments and goals on food transition; quality at heart products, non-antibiotics uses in livestock and responsible and sustainable fishing guarantee in fish and marine products, food loss/waste management and reduction, environmental sustainability, community’s value co-creation and well-being development, and green projects.
These include implementation and day to day management of “Corporate Social Responsibility” in terms of social contribution, public engagement and donations. And the CSV function is also expected to support on alignment with CRC’s sustainable development standard reporting to Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI), Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI) and global standard of UN Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) including establishing and growing network of strategic partners (e.g. government agencies, charitable foundations, NGOs & business partners).

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • The CSV Manager is responsible for company’s effort and project "Creating Shared Value” including all aspects of CSR concepts aspects
  • Support Head of CSV to mainly work on food transition policy implementation
  • Manage a waste management, society & community development program consisting ; Jing Jai Farmers’ project, food surplus donation, anti-food waste and shrinkage reduction, plastic reduction and circular economy, and Green project
  • Manage Community Development program, CSR and other social contribution and donation projects
  • Collaborate with Central Tham and other business units under Central Group to implement and run co-creation campaign related sustainable development
  • Support Head of CSV to engage and acquire results from different functions to ensure data collection of CRC’s sustainability reporting in DJSI, THSI and global standard on United Nation SDGs alignments
  • Be a key representative in dealing with local communities and governmental authorities including NGOs or any group of foundations and social movement towards sustainability for collaborations on CSR or co-creation projects
  • Coach and develop works and outcomes dedicated by CSV specialists to answer target expected by CSV departments and company
  • Execute on communications and content creation to promote CSV’s project and success stories through different media landscapes


- Bachelor's or above in fields of Communications, Public Relations, Arts Communication, Marketing or related fields.

- More than 5 years' experience in Public Relations or Communications, especially Corporate Communication will be an advantage.

- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, Communications and public relations, CSR, Branding activities.
- Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media.
Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, high maturity, excellent service minded, interpersonal skills, creative, strategic, & analytical     
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.Good media relationship is a plus
