Senior Customer Insights Manager

Job Purposes

Senior Customer Insights Manager is responsible for the day-to-day, hands-on execution of various market research projects. This includes ownership of the setup, monitoring, and reporting for projects assigned; and interpreting results into action plans, in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team players.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct various type of market researches that support business opportunities of all segments
  • Research/Insight projects span the scope of Market & Customer segmentation, Product concept evaluation, Customer’s usage and attitude, Advertising evaluation: Communication/advertising test, Brand tracking, Customer Loyalty, Secondary research/ trend analysis, Competitive information, Other researches to support long-term strategic growth and operating plan
  • Create research plans, design appropriate research methodologies, execute plans and present findings to cross functional teams, in addition to ongoing business/customer support
  • Manage the use of quantitative and qualitative market research data to implement departmental priorities for market research function that are consistent with the overall business direction of the business unit and company
  • Manage the collection, analysis and communication of market research results and ensure integrity and objectivity of all data, processes and designs
  • Be the part of a team for brainstorming the  ideas and receive brief from internal team
  • Translate Business issues to Research Objectives and Questions to develop research brief


  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing, Statistic or related fields
  • At least 2 (DM) , 5 (Div) years experiences in Market research fields
  • Strong problem-solving techniques to support business objectives
  • Sound understanding of various research methods and appropriate application of these methods
  • Knowledge of Extensive marketing research & retail business and services
  • Good command of English both spoken and written
  • Strong project management, negotiating, coordinating, and cross-function/cultural working condition
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and work application
  • SPSS , SAS, or other statistic PROGRAM IS PREFERABLE
  • Being organized, detail-oriented, open-minded, agile, strive for result, team player
