Brand/Product Management Team Leader 3

Job Purposes

Provide support to set up plans for management of target market and products’ portfolio, along with maintain brand integrity across marketing initiatives and communications, monitor marketing trends and competitive products, to develop marketing activities for brand and drive market growth

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide information to set up plans and directions for products and marketing activities to ensure goal achievement of the brand
  • Develop high quality and effective marketing materials to align with brand strategy, including setting of style and brand guidelines, as well as brand vision and value proposition
  • Contribute to develop production and marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity
  • Coordinate with product development for a specific product, brand, pricing, and product launches to develop new business opportunities
  • Monitor and manage market research of consumer behavior, analysis of competitive brand and product, sales forecasts and relevant financial reports, to support brand and product management effectively
  • Supervise management of budget and operating cost for advertising and promotional items to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Take care and advise marketing staffs to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising and Marketing, Economics or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of responsible experience and 1-3 years of team management
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have research and analytical skills
  • Be creative and innovative
  • Have budget-management skills
