E-Commerce Manager

Job Purposes

Implement marketing directions and policies to monitor and develop online marketing plans and operations, including creating contents and image of websites, managing online sales of the brand, and generating sales via online channels, to satisfy specific customers and achieve sales target

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Expert with media trading platforms and analytics tools across mutiple digital channels including display (banner ads), mobile, search (Google), social (Facebook, Instagram, Line and YouTube)
  • Media buyer and timeline planning with budget optimization to align with campaign objective
  • Provide input and guidance around campaign design and innovation
  • Launch and actively optimize campaigns across trading platforms
  • Work with the Media Analytics team to facilitate reporting and ad hoc analysis


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication or any related fields
  • 3-5 years experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace
  • An understanding of content & digital media across a range of channels, particularly social media
  • A keen eye for spotting trends and themes from sets of qualitative and quantitative data
  • Good communication and people skills
