Job Purposes

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and clearly presents information to identify significant trends or key issues, provides recommendations and makes presentations on trends, forecasts, predicts future potentials.
  • Generates innovative ideas and solutions that improve processes & services, insights and our ability to efficiently deliver.
  • Independently drive the successful delivery of projects and products using strong project management and deployment focused activities.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders (including HR across business units) to keep on the pulse of what is important to leadership and HR community.
  • Understands the process of data integration: including data from central systems such as SuccessFactors and other HR applicationsor other platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in related field
  • Strong experience in information system and continuous process improvement
  • Excellent Thai and English communication skills
  • Strong technical experience in the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
