Job Purposes

Responsible for conceptualizing and executing strategic digital marketing plans aligned to the business goals. Strategically develops and implements efficient and effective complex digital customer experiences. Drives market awareness of products and create a unified experience through digital content and media.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and partner with management and key business stakeholders to develop and implement new complex digital marketing approaches which enhance strategic digital marketing initiatives and maintain the competitive position
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to elicit and capture complex digital marketing business goals and ensures all marketing tools, collateral and plans are in alignment with the business goals and objectives
  • Champion and promote digital tactics, concepts, and solutions to internal stakeholders for buy-in and approval
  • Provide strategic direction for digital solutions to meet the needs of the market and customer experiences
  • Establish digital content direction including mood and tone, tone of voice and posting frequency and schedules to attract and retain defined customers, and ultimately, to drive profitable customer action
  • Oversee and provide recommendations to digital content team operation closely from content production process through content publishing process
  • Manage and collaborate with supplier on supplier’s marketing communication campaigns including managing online marketing projects’ expense and optimizing valuable deal with vendors
  • Initiate new key campaigns, user interaction activities on online channel and new online communication concept to meet or exceed the market trend
  • Identify and recommend solutions to complex digital marketing issues and/or concerns
  • Direct team & resources to ensure that complex digital marketing collateral is compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements and is consistent with branding standards
  • Oversee web master team to deliver online project assignment in timely manner and to support online marketing in term of process improvement and efficiency data collection and analysis
  • Improve working process to support agility of an active online communication channel and online market growth
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree of Marketing, Digital Marketing Arts or other related fields
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of responsible experience in online marketing in retails industry is a plus
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of team management.
