E-Commerce Team Leader 3

Job Purposes

Provide support to set up marketing plans, strategies, and directions, along with monitor and develop online marketing operations, create contents and image of websites, manage online sales of the brand, and generate sales via online channels, to satisfy specific customers and achieve sales target

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Be a strategic team member to the Online strategy team, sharing insights and providing recommendations through effective communication and storytelling with data
• Design, build and implement predictive and optimization models; run simulations and experiments to drive KPI improvements
• Prepare various sources of data using data wrangling methods in Python, R, SQL etc.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers and related teams to build, scale and deploy machine learning and statistical models
• Build data visualizations (e.g. Tableau) and interactive dashboards for monitoring and sharing business insights internally and externally
• Keep abreast of new and current methods, tools and techniques to address complex business problems

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 4-6 years' experience in data mining, predictive modeling, machine learning, statistical modeling, large scale data acquisition, transformation, and cleaning, both structured and unstructured data
• Strong data wrangling, exploration, and visualization skills
• Strong programming skills (Python, SQL) in developing large-scale production-ready machine learning models
• Experience in tools (i.e. SAS, Tableau and PowerBI)
• Experienced in developing data science use cases such as, demand forecasting, recommender systems, market basket analysis, customer segmentation
• Strong team and business communication skills – can walk through approach or explain tricky concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to collaborate with people at all levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to work interpedently
• Language: Thai / Fluent English
• Good communication/ presentations skills
• Ideation, creativity, analytical and problem solving
