E-Commerce Team Leader 1

Job Purposes

Control and develop online marketing plans and operations, along with creating contents and image of websites, managing online sales of the brand, and generating sales via online channels, to satisfy specific customers and achieve sales target

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Participate in developing e-commerce strategy to improve website performance and satisfy customers effectively
  • Control and manage e-commerce channels including item set up process, product category pages, product imagery, and relevant contents on organizational sites to ensure products for sales and support gross sales
  • Control and examine analysis and research for category performance, key trends, and target group to expand current online customer purchasing opportunities to support business operations
  • Build and manage customer base through compelling messaging and visual merchandising to support business gross sales
  • Manage feedbacks from customers to improve and enhance productivity of sales channel including websites and other digital media, and satisfy customers effectively
  • Coordinate with relevant functions including marketing, product and supply chain to ensure product delivery and category performance quickly and efficiently
  • Provide and develop competitive pricing for customers to support e-commerce gross sales
  • Control making summary report of e-commerce operations to propose to the direct supervisor and improve performance


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in related field and 0-3 years of team management
  • Have communication skills
  • Have negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Have analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Be detailed-oriented
