Brand Mgmt & Marketing Team Leader 3

Job Purposes

Control management of brands, products and services as well as development of marketing strategies to ensure competitive products an brands, apply marketing intiatives and activities with target market and drive gross sales achievement.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

-Control all aspectes of brands and markeing activities following brand startegy and plans to ensure goal achievement of the brand.

-Build and manage brand value to gain competitive advantage and market share and support business operations.

-Follow up market movement and situation of the opponents to participate in setting up creative marketing strategies and policies and acheive organization goals and policies effectively.

-Participate in determining the profitability and viability of new brands and products to increase market opportunities and achieve business goals.

-Monior market research of consumer behavior, analysis of competitive brand and product and sales forecast and relevant financial reports to support brand management and marketing effectively.

-Develop high quality and effective marketing materials and strategies including brand guidelines and vision to ensure and increase market activities.

-Monitor market research of consumer behavior, analysis of competitive brand and product and sales forecast and relevant financial reports to support brand management and marketing effectively.

-Manage budget and operating cost for marketing activities including advertising and promotional items to ensure cost-effectivenes.

-Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotional preparation.

 

Qualifications

-Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.

-Minimum 5-7 years of experiences in brand management with experience in retail industry.

-At least 3 years of managing beauty, fashion and/or luxury brands.

-Have P&L and budget management skills.

-Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Have research and analytical skills.

-Excellent in English with presentation skill.
